"Clean, Sharp Designs That Pulled Me In"
I was browsing ferrari.com mainly to look at the car designs, i got hooked. The models have that low, sporty look Ferrari is known for, but they still feel clean and not overdone. It kind of reminded me of when I used to admire sports cars as a kid and just stare at every little detail. Really nice site to browse if you’re into sleek car styling.

"Pretty Classy, Honestly"
I have to admit, the Ferrari site does feel really polished and premium. I wasn’t sure it would live up to the whole luxury reputation online, but it kind of does. Everything looks classy, and you can see why people hold the brand in such high regard

I ordered a few things from Ferrari and the shipping was okay overall. It didn’t take forever, but for the price, I expected it to arrive a bit faster. The tracking did work, though it went a couple of days without really updating, which was a little annoying. Everything showed up in good shape, so I can’t complain too much. In the end, I felt like it was fine, just not quite as smooth or impressive as I hoped it would be

"Good experience overall"
The dealer was polite and seemed to really know his stuff. I’m not totally sure if they were just busy or what, but replies did take a little longer than I expected. Overall though, it was a good experience.

"Pretty smooth and fun to use"
I spent some time on ferrari messing around with the car customization tool, and it was really easy to use. The colors, wheels, and interior options all loaded without any issues, and it was nice being able to see the changes right away. I ended up taking a while because there are so many choices, but that’s not a bad problem to have. Overall, I enjoyed it more than I expected.

"Great first impression"
From the first impression, everything felt really smooth. I booked my service through ferrari and the guys kept me updated the whole way through. There was a small issue, but they sorted it quickly without me having to chase anyone. Really easy experience overall.

"Feels Like I Made the Right Call"
Everything about the Ferrari just feels solid and well put together. The doors close cleanly, the panels line up nicely, and nothing inside feels cheap or rushed. Even the little things, like the buttons and stitching, look like they were done with real care. I know it’s a big purchase, but my gut told me the quality would live up to the name, and it really does. I’m very happy with it.

"Easy to browse, honestly"
Ferrari.com was easy to use. Like, no hunting around forever. Pages loaded quick, the car info was right there, photos too. Clean layout. Nice to look at. Not one of those car sites where you click ten times and still feel lost.

"I wasn’t totally sure what to expect..."
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, and I kept wondering if I was maybe overhyping it in my head, but it really does drive like nothing else. It’s fast, super sharp, and way smoother than I thought it would be.

"Parts Can Be a Little Inconsistent"
In my experience, parts availability is kind of hit or miss. Sometimes I can find exactly what I need without any trouble, but other times it feels like I’m stuck waiting or searching around. I personally prefer places that keep things more consistently stocked, so that part can be a bit frustrating for me

"Easy booking, just wish there were more last-minute slots"
Booking a service appointment through ferrari was easy. There were a few dates available, just not quite as soon as I was hoping for. I still found a time that worked for me, and the confirmation came through without any issues. I’d give it 5 stars if there were more options for "short notice" appointments.

I browsed ferrari on my phone it was a really nice experience. The site was easy to navigate, pages loaded quickly, and the photos looked sharp without making everything feel cluttered. I could find the car details without constantly zooming in or getting frustrated, which made the whole thing feel polished and well thought out. "Warranty issue got sorted in the end"
I had a small issue that was covered under warranty and, it took a few phone calls and a bit of waiting around, you know, but Ferrari did sort it out without really arguing about it. It wasn’t exactly super quick or anything, but, I mean, in the end they were fair about it, so I can’t complain too much
